Our Rates

Our office charges based on the hours devoted to your case.  Our office also operates on a retainer basis. The initial retainer will be determined by the complexity of your case.  If you decide to retain our firm, we will provide you with an engagement letter and fee agreement that will more fully detail the terms and conditions of our relationship. 

Flat Fee Option:  We are open to discussing flat fee arrangements for certain services as is appropriate.

HOA Annual Retainer Option:  We appreciate the need for our HOA clients to stay on top of the ever changing laws and requirements that govern their associations and have implemented an annual retainer program which will allow them to seek legal advice at a flat rate price.  For more information please contact our office.
