Wilton Anderson joined Richmond Sprouse, LLC as an associate attorney in 2012. His practice consists of real estate, business, civil litigation, trust and estate planning and probate. He is admitted to practice in Colorado, Illinois and the United States District Court for the Tenth Circuit.
Before joining the firm Wilton practiced with a firm in Broomfield, Colorado that specializes in tax, collections, business law, non-profit, estate planning, probate and civil litigation. Prior to entering private practice he served as in-house counsel at a Denver, Colorado sales and marketing company where he advised on transactional, compliance and collection issues.
While attending the John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, Wilton interned at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, and the Illinois Department of Financial, Professional Regulation – Division of Banking, and worked in the school’s Predatory Home Lending Project.
Wilton and his wife, Alyssa, spend their free time skiing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, fly fishing and in general, enjoying everything that life in the Rocky Mountains has to offer.
